Limits
What Crest does not do
So you can look elsewhere without losing a visit.
Crisis care
We are not a crisis service. Call or text 988, or call 911.
Memory testing
We do not run memory tests. If memory is the worry, we help you find a neurologist or a memory clinic, and we keep working with you alongside them.
Prescribing for someone we have not seen
A family member cannot get a prescription for another person, whoever calls.
Controlled medicine by message
We never prescribe a controlled medicine from a message or a form.
